This recipe uses a few key ingredients known for their skin-loving properties: witch hazel to gently tone, rose water for hydration and a lovely scent, and a touch of vegetable glycerin to lock in moisture

After cleansing your face, shake the toner bottle well.

Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and gently swipe it or spray it across your face and neck.

Follow up with your favorite moisturizer or serum while your skin is still slightly damp to lock in hydration.

Discontinue use if reddness or rash occurs.

Store in a cool, dry place.
