Cayenne pepper: powerful pain-relieving properties when applied to the skin. Capsaicin reduces the amount of substance P- a chemical messenger that signals discomfort to the brain. – great for osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, joint or muscle pain from fibromyalgia, nerve pain, diabetic neuropathy, and back pain.
White Willow Bark: contains Salicin that is used to reduce pain and inflammation. Derivative of aspirin.
Devils Claw: Used to treat back and neck pain and osteoarthritis. Contains chemicals that can decrease swelling. Anti-inflammatory.
Frankincense: Alleviates nerve and arthritis pain.
Solomons Seal: eases pain, infection in the joints, inflammation, and stiffness -helps in the movement of the musculoskeletal system.
Comfrey- treats pain and inflammation. Contains allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cell grow. Used to heal bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains/strains, and osteoarthritis.
Acmella Oleracea: manages chronic pain, especially in degenerative diseases. Strong antimicrobial, antioxidant, & antifungal
Peppermint: anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmatic – relieves pain and inflammation.
Rosemary: applied to the skin- can treat muscle & arthritis pain and improve circulation.
Menthol Crystals – ideal for addressing aches, pain, cramps, and irritation. Help to relax muscles while easing tension.
INSTRUCTIONS

Clean & Dry: Ensure the application area is relatively clean and dry. This helps with better absorption.

Warm the Salve (Optional but Recommended): If the salve is very firm, you can warm a small amount between your fingers for a few seconds to soften it, making it easier to apply.

Apply a Small Amount: Scoop out a small, pea-sized amount of salve with your finger. Remember, a little goes a long way.

Gently Massage In: Using your fingertips, gently massage the salve directly onto the affected area. Use a soft, circular motion to help the salve absorb into the skin and provide a comforting sensation.

Frequency: Apply 1-3 times daily, or as needed, depending on your discomfort. Observe your response and adjust accordingly.
