INCENSE HOLDERS
Handcrafted right here in Nebraska, our concrete incense holders bring a clean, minimalist aesthetic and functional elegance to your space. Each piece is individually cast using white Portland cement and silica sand, then hand-finished with subtle, organic marbling that makes every tray truly one-of-a-kind.
Designed with a balanced catch-tray profile to neatly capture ash, these durable incense holders are sealed for a smooth, moisture-resistant finish that protects your surfaces. Whether paired with your favorite herbal incense or displayed as an accent piece, they add a grounded, artisanal touch to any room or altar.
Artisanal Crafting: Hand-poured in small batches—no two pieces are identical.
Materials: Portland white cement, silica sand, and non-toxic iron oxide mineral pigments.
Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers to preserve the sealed finish.
INSTRUCTIONS
How to Use Your Incense Holder
-
Set Up on a Stable Surface
Place your incense holder on a flat, level, and heat-resistant surface away from drafts, open windows, ceiling fans, or flammable objects like curtains and paper.
-
Position Your Incense
-
For Sticks: Insert the wooden stem end into the center hole or slot. Ensure the stick angles over the catch-basin so falling ash stays inside the tray.
-
For Cones: Place the flat base of the cone directly onto the heat-resistant surface at the center of the tray.
-
-
Light the Tip
Use a match or lighter to ignite the top tip of the stick or the pointed top of the cone. Allow a small flame to burn for 5 to 10 seconds until the tip glows red.
-
Gently Blow Out the Flame
Gently blow or fan out the open flame. The tip should continue to glow ember-red and release a steady stream of fragrant smoke.
-
Enjoy and Maintain Safely
-
Burn Time: A standard stick burns for 30–45 minutes; cones typically burn for 20–30 minutes.
-
Extinguishing Early: If you need to stop early, gently press the glowing ember tip of a stick into a tiny dab of sand, salt, or water. For cones, snuff the glowing tip with a drop of water or smother it with a metal snuffer.
-
Cleaning: Once completely cool, empty the collected ash into the trash and wipe the tray clean with a soft, damp cloth.

WARNING:
Safety & Pet Precautions
-
Pet Safety First: Pets (especially cats, dogs, and birds) have significantly more sensitive respiratory systems than humans.
-
Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area.
-
Keep burning incense, hot ash, and unlit sticks/cones completely out of reach of curious paws, tails, and mouths.
-
Never leave burning incense unattended in a room with pets. Discontinue use immediately if your pet shows signs of respiratory distress, coughing, or sneezing.
-
-
Heat Surface Protection: Although concrete is heat-resistant, the bottom of the tray can become warm during extended use. Always place the holder on a flat, stable, heat-safe surface.
-
Fire Safety: Keep away from drafts, open windows, ceiling fans, or flammable objects (curtains, drapes, bedding, paper). Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure the ember is fully extinguished before leaving the room.
