  • INGREDIENTS

Stinging Nettle, Mullein leaf, Tulsi Holy Basil, Wood Betony, and Anise Hyssop

    Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica)

    • Traditional Use: Stinging Nettle is a powerhouse of nutrition and a classic men’s health tonic. While the root is famously used for prostate support, the leaf is celebrated for its rich mineral content, which nourishes the body and supports vitality. It's also known for its anti-inflammatory properties and its traditional use in supporting the urinary system.

    • Why it's in our tea: We use the leaf to provide a nutrient-rich foundation for this blend, helping to fortify the body from within.

    Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus)

    • Traditional Use: Mullein is a well-regarded herb for the respiratory system. It is a demulcent, meaning it soothes and protects irritated mucous membranes, and a gentle expectorant, which helps to clear the lungs and chest. It has been used for centuries to support lung health, especially after exposure to environmental irritants.

    • Why it's in our tea: Mullein provides a calming and supportive element for the lungs, which is vital for a man's overall health and well-being.

Tulsi / Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum)

    • Traditional Use: Revered in Ayurveda as "The Queen of Herbs," Tulsi is a powerful adaptogen. This means it helps the body adapt to and manage stress, both physical and mental. Tulsi is known for its ability to reduce cortisol levels, promote mental clarity, and support a healthy immune response.

    • Why it's in our tea: Tulsi is the heart of our blend, offering a foundational boost to help combat stress and promote a sense of calm resilience.

    Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis)

    • Traditional Use: Wood Betony is a fantastic nervine tonic, traditionally used to support a healthy nervous system. It's often used to soothe tension headaches and mental fatigue, providing a grounding and centering effect.

    • Why it's in our tea: This herb works in synergy with Tulsi to calm the nervous system, helping to ease the tension of a busy day and promote a peaceful mind.

    Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)

    • Traditional Use: A beloved herb from the mint family, Anise Hyssop has a pleasant, slightly sweet, licorice-like flavor. It has been traditionally used to soothe the digestive system and uplift the spirits. It’s also a gentle carminative, helping to reduce gas and bloating.

    • Why it's in our tea: Anise Hyssop elevates the flavor of our blend, making it a delicious and enjoyable daily ritual. It also contributes to the tea's overall calming and digestive-supportive properties.
